Monika Majorek

She graduated in directing from the Warsaw Film School and also completed courses at StoryLab.pro, Sundance Collab, and Raindance Film Academy. Her short films ("Inka", "Pierwsze", "Po sezonie") have been showcased at numerous international festivals, earning awards for directing, screenwriting, cinematography, and music. She is a recipient of the Panavision Film Award and the New Horizons Studio Award, among others. Her feature debut, "Where Do We Begin", won the Best Feature Film in the Audience Poll at the 40th Warsaw Film Festival and received two awards at the 49th Polish Film Festival in Gdynia for "The Boldest Perspective" and "Fresh Perspective." She also serves as an instructor and script consultant at StoryLab.pro and the "Imagine" competition. In 2017, she was a member of the jury at the Script Fiesta festival.
